The company "EARTH, CONSTRUCTION AND ROAD WORK with Own Transport" - was registered in Solec Kujawski Town Hall on 20th February 1990 on the basis of registration in the economic activity record. The owner of the company is Tadeusz Szczepański. The concentration of the capital has a significant influence on the efficiency and flexibility of the company management. It also guarantees the contracting parties reliability and honesty.
The head office is situated in Naborna Street 6 in Solec Kujawski. Our company specialises in earth, road and construction work as well as in heavy equipment repairs and peat mining.
The main aim of our company is to adapt our offer to the market and the requirements of the contractors. Our crew is well prepared and specialised. Just to name a few working posts, we employ: work managers, construction managers, heavy equipment operators, workshop managers, mechanics, office workers and labourers. We have a well-developed technical base consisting of: a workshop building with warehouses and an office with social facilities, an administration building, umbrella roofs for vehicles and construction equipment, hardened inner roads, parking places for the equipment and vehicles.

 Landing field for tourist, fire-fighting and agricultural flights in Annowo G±sawa covering the area of 10 hectares with technical support facilities, sewage splitter and hardened service roads and grounds,
Land reclamation of the forest burnt area in Cierpiszewo and Gniewkowo forestry management - 6000 hectares,
Fire access roads - approximately 10000 rm.,
Building low retention and storage reservoirs in Solec Kujawski, Cierpiszewo and Szubin forestry management,
Land reshaping - approximately 70 hectares - for Radio Transmission Centre (RTC) in Solec Kujawski. Ground mass movement of 300.000 m3.
Clearing the areas of unexploded shells and duds with ground slag heaping on the area of 80 hectares in co-operation with Military Unit no. 3136 from Włocławek
Building a 5,7 km access road with mineral-bituminous pavement to RTC in Solec Kujawski,
Building intersections on no. 10 national road in Solec Kujawski,
Building technological and inner roads in the area of RTC and a communal bypass - total length of 8km (macadam pavement)
Area reshaping and building inner roads, parking places with bituminous pavement - total area of 7086 m2 in the area of DROBEX in Solec Kujawski
Replacing the heat-generating plant in Bydgoszcz - Centrum area (ul. Gdańska)
Building the intercepting sewer in Bydgoszcz - Osowa Góra, Solec Kujawski (ul. Tartaczna, Kujawska),
Building the water line collector in Solec Kujawskim Otorowo - Makowiska,
